💡 What is the Home School Music Program?

The Spreading The Music Homeschool Program is a 12-week group music education experience designed for students who are homeschooled and may not have access to traditional school music programs. Through ensemble, theory, and creative arts, this program offers a well-rounded supplement to any homeschool curriculum.

🎶 Courses Offered

Learn to play violin, viola, cello or bass in a fun, team-based setting! Students will develop music reading skills, ensemble techniques, and prepare group pieces for a final showcase performance. No experience required — just bring your instrument and curiosity.

Classes meet once a week for 12 weeks on either Monday or Wednesday. Includes optional sectionals and warm-up time.

Learn the basics to play the piano! Piano is them most accesible instrument to all ages. It encourages hand dexterity, balances the brain, hand eye coordination, instant gratification with sound production and the ability to learn your first song in your first lesson. We will be learning how to read music, understand rhythm, play chords and learn tried and true classics, todays music and orginals. 

Meets once a week for 12 weeks on either Monday or Wednesday. Open to all experience levels.

Discover the stories behind music — then become the storyteller!
This creative rotation gives students 6 weeks of Music Appreciation, where they’ll explore global sounds, famous composers, and the emotional language of music… followed by 6 weeks of Musical Theatre, where they’ll act, sing, and perform scenes on stage.

Students build confidence, collaboration, and cultural knowledge while preparing for a fun final showcase.

No experience necessary. Just bring your voice, imagination, and curiosity!

Learn the language of music — then write your own!
In this dynamic 12-week class, students spend 6 weeks on Music Theory, learning how to read notes, count rhythms, and understand musical structure — followed by 6 weeks of Songwriting, where they’ll compose original lyrics, melodies, and musical ideas.

Perfect for students who love both logic and creativity. No prior experience needed — just a passion for music and self-expression.

⏰ Schedule & Format

  • Choose 1–4 days per week

  • Time slots: 9:00 AM, 10:00 AM, or 11:00 AM

  • All classes are 1 hour

  • Enroll for full semester (12 sessions per selected day)

  • Performance Showcase on Week 12!
